Richard Impiombato

Richard Impiombato’s career started in 1996 and all those years in property have taught him as much about people as it has about real estate. These experiences have stood him in good stead as he’s set up Modo Property, a company intent on giving clients straight-forward advice and following up with industry-leading service.

Nicknamed ‘The Doctor’, Richard’s skill lies in analysing every aspect of a property and the surrounding market. From maximising sale value to sourcing the best tenant for a vacant space, Richard will tell you that “research is paramount when providing advice on how to achieve a top result” and that “every detail matters”.

His extensive knowledge of retail, commercial, and industrial real estate is derived from decades of experience in industry. Previously he was the Senior Director of Auctions and Investments at a major international property group. He also owned and ran a branch office for another corporate commercial firm for many years prior. Richard has called more than 6,000 properties as a professional auctioneer and is a two-time finalist in the prestigious Real Estate Institute of Queensland Auctioneer of the Year competition.
