The magic is in the conversation and Jackson understands that it’s the face-to-face meetings where deals are negotiated and struck. He takes great care in building rapport with his clients to truly understand their needs which enables him to provide the best advice based on their long-term goals.
He has a fierce passion for commercial real estate and loves nothing more than getting a deal done for a client who has previously been on the market for a long time with a competitor. “They’re often the people who need our help the most. Where the previous agent has put up sub-standard marketing because they haven’t respected their relationship with the client or the situation they are in.”
Affectionately known in the office as “The King of the North” Jackson’s market knowledge is exceptional. Doesn’t matter if it is a sales or leasing deal, Jackson knows how a property needs to be presented and what achieves a fast result.
“My favourite thing is actually when we lease a property to a first-time owner knowing this will be their place of business for the next 10-15 years. It’s exciting to help people start out and create a new venture in Melbourne.”
When he’s not helping clients, Jackson enjoys a double espresso, being in nature, and getting involved in his local rugby league club.
