Following Up Clients = More Deals

Our commercial team did two off-market deals this week, one sale in Bundoora and a lease in Ringwood. Both came to fruition because of how we follow up with our clients.

16 Pilgrim Court, Ringwood

Tenant originally looked at another office/factory we had advertised for lease. They had a specific list of requirements and we managed to source a property off-market for them that met these specifications. We had spoken to the Landlord a number of times over the years and, after a conversation about his expectations and our Tenant’s requirements, our team booked an inspection with an offer produced two days later.

 

4/20 Enterprise Drive, Bundoora

Vendor purchased this office suite from us in 2020 and passively expressed their interest in selling “down the track”. We reached out to them with a buyer who we had also worked with before and managed to bring everyone together for a deal.

 

These deals can seem effortless but in most cases have taken years of follow up calls and asking the question “Can we help you with any commercial requirements”. We often coordinate off-market deals as the team is very good at following up, but there also needs to be the ambition to help and think ‘outside of the box’.
